I/We further keeps VICTOR OSCAR COMPANY fully indemnified, free and harmless from any responsibility, liability or adverse consequence (whether direct or indirect) in connection with VICTOR OSCAR COMPANY's receiving, consideration and/or processing my/our funds paid into any of VICTOR OSCAR COMPANY's bank accounts.

I/We also hereby waive all right of action or defences I/We may have against VICTOR OSCAR COMPANY in connection with VICTOR OSCAR COMPANY's receiving, consideration and/or processing my/our funds paid into any of VICTOR OSCAR COMPANY's bank accounts.
